Winemaking
Crafted from decanted parcels of 2017 Shiraz blended with 2022 and 2023 vintages, and finished with a small addition of aged fortified Shiraz for depth. Made using the Charmat method at VinPac Angaston to preserve freshness while enhancing complexity.
