Flavour Profile & Enjoyment
Whole berry pressed and barrel-fermented, this Chardonnay delivers layered aromas of citrus, stone fruit, and subtle oak spice. The palate is textured and complex, with refined acidity balancing notes of pear, grapefruit, and a hint of creamy vanilla from partial malolactic fermentation. A long, elegant finish makes it perfect for pairing with seafood, roast chicken, or creamy pasta dishes. Winemaking
Fermented and aged on lees in French (65%) and American (35%) oak, with 50% new oak and 30% undergoing malolactic fermentation. Matured for 8.5 months before blending, sterile filtering, and bottling.
