Inspired by the art of French patisserie, this creation celebrates the elegance of the classic brulee, first perfected in 1961. Slow-roasted almonds are coated in a layer of crunchy dark brulee and finished with smooth organic milk chocolate, creating a delicate balance of sweetness, texture, and craftsmanship.
